Ezek. 47:6-10: Then he led me back to the bank of the river. 7 When I arrived there, I saw a great number of trees on each side of the river. 8 He said to me, "This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah, where it enters the Sea. When it empties into the Sea, the water there becomes fresh. 9 Swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish, because this water flows there and makes the salt water fresh; so where the river flows everything will live. 10 Fishermen will stand along the shore; from En Gedi to En Eglaim there will be places for spreading nets. The fish will be of many kinds — like the fish of the Great Sea.
In the new temple of Ezekiel’s vision, there was a river flowing from the temple that gradually increased in size as it flowed out of the temple into the parched land. This river transformed the environment around it completely. It changed salty water to become fresh. There was abundant life around and within that river. People enjoyed abundance because of the river. Trees grew, which supplied food and leaves as medicine for the healing of people. All of these are because of the river.
We are the temple of God [1 Cor. 3:16]. When the rivers of God overflow from within each one of us, we begin to see the church flourishing in all areas. Soon, this experience goes beyond the church!
Today, let us pray that the rivers shall overflow in increasing measure in all Gracehill ministries. We pray that our children, ROPERS, youth, PACESETTERS, influencers, Treasured families, Men’s, and Ladies’ ministries shall experience the overflow of the Spirit. All ministries!
